Social Recovery Center is located at 841 Mountain Ave. in Springfield, NJ, the heart of Union County and a central, accessible location for residents throughout the region. Our outpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs serve Springfield and surrounding communities including Berkeley Heights, Chatham, Clark, Cranford, Florham Park, Maplewood, Millburn, New Providence, Summit, and Westfield. Virtual options are available for any Union County resident for whom distance or transportation presents a barrier to consistent care.
